DR ARTHUR ANDREWS - EXTRAORDINARY LOCAL HISTORIAN

Gary Kent will be talking about the remarkable Dr Arthur Andrews at the next CDHS general meeting.
Dr Andrews (1848-1925) contributed greatly to his adopted town of Albury. He wrote histories of the area and a handbook of tokens and coins. He campaigned for Albury to be declared the site of the new national capital.
5pm for 5.30pm start at the Wesley Centre, Forrest. Free parking after 5pm. Donation to cover venue hire appreciated. Everyone welcome. No booking needed.
