- Mrs Kate Crace of Gungahleen (Gungahlin), nee Mort, wife of Edward Kendall Crace. Kate Crace was the daughter of Henry Mort of Sydney and married Edward Kendall Crace in 1871. The couple purchased both Ginninderra and Gungahleen in 1877, which she continued to run after her husband died in 1892. Mrs Crace died in 1926.and is buried in St. John's churchyard in Reid.
