- On the back is written "Gorman House Canberra 1.2.34. Dear Gwynneth. Thanks for letter. It is very nice up here and I'm having a real (?) time. I went over to the baths with Beryl on We afternoon after 5 oclock then at night Gertie drove us over to the Yeends with the oysters & while G. and Mrs Y. opened them Mt Y. & Beryl & I went over to the baths which is quite near their place, they have competitions every week at the baths so it was interesting to watch the swimming & diving etc. There were crowds there & I saw quite a few I know. We are going to the pictures Sat. night to see "The Barretts of Wimpole St." We saw "The Count of Monte Cristo" last week at Queanbeyan. Thanks for the measurements to the shirt. Hope you are all well & that Gordons cold is better. Love from us all Love Dot XXX"
